Refund policy
How long do you have to return your item?
Returns must be made within the first 30 days of receiving your order. For Purchases made during the Christmas season, returns can be made until January 31st. unless the products are a part of the muud classics, then the return deadline until january 31 does not apply, only the 30-day return period applies.
What will it cost to return an item?
You are responsible for covering the full cost of the return shipping. We cover shipping costs for items that are damaged or otherwise do not meet the expected quality. The return shipping cost can vary a lot depending on which country you’re sending it from, and you’ll pay for this shipping when you place the return.
If you’re returning from outside the EU, you’re also responsible for any customs process and fees.
The condition of the item upon return
All products returned are required to be in the same condition as upon receipt. Returned items must not have been used or in any way changed from their original condition. All original packaging, hangtags, etc. shall be returned with the product, without having been tampered with. All tags must still be attached to the item. Each item will be examined upon return.
Refund of original shipping cost
In the case of a full return, you will be refunded the total amount paid, including the original shipping cost. However, the buyer is still responsible for all costs related to the return shipment, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
The return
You are responsible for the items you send back, until we receive them. it is therefore recommended that you get a receipt/proof of the shipment and the value of your package. We are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake. If the package disappears during shipment, we can unfortunately not issue a refund in this case.
Refusal to accept the package upon delivery is not considered a lawful return, and we reserve the right to demand payment for possible costs of withdrawal of the product.
In order to return your item(s) correctly, it is important that you at least enclose the following contact information about the buyer of the items: name, order number, and email.
Partial return of a complete order
In the event of a partial return of an entire order, you will be refunded the amount for the returned item(s) - but not the parment for the delivery costs related to the shipment that has already been made to the buyer.
If you cancel parts of your purchase so that the total amount falls below the free shipping threshold, the system will automatically deduct the shipping cost, cf. the Danish Sale of Goods Act (see more here).
Discount for partial returns
If you have used a discount code that is conditional on a minimum purchase, this discount will be deducted in the event of a partial return.
This means that if you place an order with a buy and save discount code, and then return an item that means your order no longer meets the conditions of the discount code, the refunded amount will be adjusted.
If you return a product where you buy x and get y free, the free item must be returned as well — otherwise we will not refund the amount.
Returnering purchases with gift cards
If you return items purchased with gift card, the amount will be refunded to the gift card and you will be able to ude it on future orders.
How long will the shipment take a well as the refund for the product?
It usually takes up to 14 business days before a return is received and processed from abroad countries. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued via the payment method used at purchase within 7-14 business days depending on your bank.
Is it possible to exchange items?
Unfortunately, we don't exchange items, but you can easily return and thereafter place a new order

My item is defective
If the goods are damaged, you can send them back free of charge. Please contact us first at info@muudstore.com — we will assess your claim, and once it has been approved, you can return the item for free. When we have received the defective item, we will send you a new one.
Please note that you have a 2-year right to make a claim for faulty goods.
Return outside the EU
If you want to return an order from a country outside the EU, this will be at your own expense, and you are responsible for arranging the shipment to:

Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued via the payment method you used. this can take 7-14 banking days.
