We love providing you with the best products and the best service. That's why we offer a price match at the time of purchase. This means we’ll match the price if you find the same product cheaper elsewhere.

All orders placed during Black Friday and the weekend are eligible for price matching. However, we won’t be able to review or respond to requests until Monday when we’re back in the office. If your order qualifies, the difference will be refunded to your total order value, so feel free to place your order!

How price matching works

Ensure the price you found elsewhere complies with Muud Store’s price match terms.
Send the link and/or an image of the lower price to info@muudstore.com.
We'll send you a discount or deduct the amount from your order if it has already placed*.

* If you believe you meet the conditions listed below, feel free to place your order. We’ll review your request and automatically deduct the amount if it qualifies.

Price match applies when:

The product is in stock and/or available for purchase from the retailer.
The products being compared are identical.
Shipping costs are also considered when comparing prices.
Documentation in the form of a link and/or image proof is provided.

Price match does not apply when:

The price is part of another offer or promotion.
The product being sold is a demo, outlet, or display model.
There is no documentation to support the comparison price. Remember to include image proof as website prices may change.
If an item is out of stock on muudstore.com, price matching will only be available once the item is back in stock.
