when you make a purchase on www.muudstore.com you accept the terms and conditions below.

Placing an order

To make a purchase on www.muudstore.com you must be 18 years old and have a valid payment card that we accept. if you are not 18 years old, you can still make a purchase, but you must be granted permission from a parent or a legal guardian. If you are under the age of 18 and you make a purchase without permission from a parent or a legal guardian, muud disclaims all responsibility, as it is stated above that the purchaser must be 18 years of age or have a parent’s or a legal guardian’s consent to make a purchase on www.muudstore.com when you place an order at www.muudstore.com you submit some basic information, including your name, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address and phone number. Muud stores your information in accordance with our personal data policy. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation.when we have accepted your order, you will receive an invoice on your e-mail, which constitutes a binding agreement between you and muud. Order confirmation is not an invoice and the purchase is not final before you have received an invoice from muud. Please check your spam folder to ensure that our mail has not been filtered.

Prices & payment

When shopping at www.muudstore.com you will get information about the price in total including delivery costs before you reach the final confirmation. All prices indicated on www.muudstore.com are inclusive danish vat, which is currently 25 %. We reserve the right to change prices without notification due to increased costs or as a result of a general development in retail prices. If we suspect a fraud payment then we reserve the right to cancel the order or ask for personal picture ID together with the last four digits on the creditcard used for the payment. All your account details are encrypted and transmitted through a secure payment method. we use stripe payment as our certified partner. Your card will be debited once we have shipped your order from our warehouse.

We only show products that are in stock, but should we for some reason not be able to deliver your product or should the product be delayed for other reasons, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Your rights as customer

According to danish law, you are covered by a legal two-year manufacturing guarantee. If you wish to make a complaint, you must do so within a reasonable time frame and latest within two months. If your complaint regards a defect in a product, we advise you to contact us info@muudstore.com as soon as you have found the defect, to shorten the processing time for your claim. If we assess the claim to be justified, we will refund any costs you may have had in regards to sending back the product to us. In the case that we cannot justify the claim, the shipping expenses are on customers own account. We recommend you to send the product safely and to get a receipt. the responsibility for the package lies with you, until we have received it. It is therefore advisable to save a receipt with the shipping charges and a track and trace number, if possible. Information about complaints

a complaint concerning a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens center for klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens vej 35, 2500 valby. you can also hand in your complaint via www.forbrug.dk. The eu commission’s complaints can be utilised by consumers that are residents in another country than denmark. the complaint is to be handed in here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by GLS, Bring, DHL, UPS or BWS to the address provided. The typical delivery time within Denmark is 1–3 business days. In case of delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery to Norway

Delivery times to Norway are usually longer than to our other destinations, because we ship to Norway once a week as a consolidated shipment. For that reason, you should expect to be able to track your order only once the parcel has arrived in Norway. Until then, the shipment is linked to a different tracking number, so your individual package will not be traceable yet.

Returns

To notify us about a return, contact us by mail on info@muudstore.com, refusal to receive a package upon arrival is not qualified as a rightfully return and we reserve the right to charge you an amount to cover any additional costs that we may have in regards to your withdrawal. We must receive your product no later than 14 days after you have contacted us, requesting a withdrawal. if the deadline, however, is a public holiday, a saturday or a sunday, the new date will be the following working day.

Returns Denmark

Please note that once you have returned your parcel, it can take up to 14 days for us to process your return and refund the amount of money corresponding to your order. 


Returns global

Please note than it can take up to 3-4 weeks for us to process your return and refund the amount of money corresponding to your order. when you return a parcel to us form other countries than Denmark, your parcel has some extra stops before we receive it: we will refund your return no later than one week after we have received your parcel at our own warehouse in Denmark. please note that you are liable for any decrease in value, if you have tested or used the product in other ways than those usually allowed in-store. when we receive the product, we will assess the condition and refund you the amount we find corresponding to the item’s condition.

Errors

We strive to keep our website accurate and up to date at all times. however, occasional errors may occur. As soon as we become aware of an issue, we will correct it as quickly as possible. These errors are in no way intentional, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience they may cause
